Droplets, originally written in 2015, finds its new life on Iodine Clock Reaction. The current version takes only the central motif and title from the earlier one, and it introduces the second album of the Czech three-piece band tryo as the opening single.

Unlike their debut album, sustainable gardening, the second record Iodine Clock Reaction represents a shift from indie and art rock towards darker and rawer music. The album is thus characterized by straightforward melodicism and inspiration in colourful psychedelia, hazy shoegaze and dark guitar songwriting. The album comes out March 30, 2023 under the label Kabinet Records. It was recorded in Golden Hive Studio with Amak Golden.
